1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame
You may apply for a return or refund within 30 calendar days after you receive your package.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all accessories intact. Used, worn, altered or damaged items caused by improper use are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance, discounted and final sale items
- Customized products made per customer requests
- Disposable kitchenware, baking supplies and party decorations for hygiene reasons
3. Return Reasons & Shipping Cost
- Quality issues, wrong items or damaged goods upon arrival: We cover the return shipping fee and offer full refund or free replacement. Please provide clear photos or videos to prove the problem.
- Personal reasons (don’t like the item, wrong size, accidental order): Customers need to bear all return shipping fees. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
4. Return Process
- Send an email to xpqsfj@outlook.com with your order number, return reason and related evidence.
- We will review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack the items securely and ship them back to the assigned address.
- Send us the tracking number after shipment.
- We will inspect the returned goods once received. A refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
5. Refund Method
All refunds will be issued via your original payment method. The arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider and bank processing rules.
6. Special Reminders
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit caused by logistics.
- Any return requests beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
